The 4th graduation ceremony of LIBERTY Odawara Japanese school was held in a hall of Houtoku kaikan in Odawara, March 12th. 24 international students from Vietnam, Peru and Mongor, who had studied Japanese for 1.5 to 2 years in the school, graduated.
Some of the graduates were in traditional dress of their countries. After watching a slideshow of photos of students at the entrance ceremony, school trips and many events in their class, the graduates were given a diploma by a principal, Shinya Nagamine.
Mr. Nagamine said to the graduates, "Although you all are deperturing for a new world, all the sky and the sea connectto all countries. Our relationship never ends forever. Be happy".
A Thai graduate, Siwapornpitak Jinnipa, said in fluentJapanese to her teachers, "I'm happy for my graduation, but sad too because my school life finished today. Thank you so much for teaching not only Japanese, but Japanese manners. After going back to my country, I would like to work by speaking in Japanese".
