Mr. Kobayashi Paulo Atsushi,who is working in the advertising agency in Tokyo, moved to Odawara city from Tokyo last June with his family. About the reason why he decided to move, he told that "I was planning to move to a near parent's house of my wife when our child becomes an elementary school student ".
However the land of their new house has an area that is almost 25 times wider, the price is almost equals to their former house in Tokyo. He also likes it takes just one hour to get his office by Shinkansen bullet-train.
Compared with the life in Tokyo, there are only few shops and restaurants near their house. So he got an idea to make all the things in his land. That is, a big trampoline, a tent sauna, another house like a restaurant which can be used as a guest room, and his workspace on the 2nd floor of the building.
Mr. Kobayashi is usually working from home recently, and he said "Many people might think that moving to a new place finishes any relationship they had before, but it's totally different. I don't feel that I have already started living in a new place because my new lifestyle is like a mixture of a remote work and a workation. Also he emphasizes that he has gotten better quality time with his family. His new life in Odawara could be likely to get better and better.
