A fish paste maker, Suzuhiro Kamaboko Honten, in Odawara and a company "Cuore" that is managed by Mr. Yuto Nagatomo who is a football player of Japanese national team have formed a "Fish meat Protein Alliance" last December. Both two companies hold a press conference to announce their joint project on June 28th at Kamaboko museum.
Mr. Nagatomo said "I have fish pastes everyday. Suzuhiro's products make my health condition better" and has agreed with the general manager of Suzuhiro Kamaboko, Mr.Hiroaki Suzuki, who hopes that all people know how healthy good fish meat proteins are.
After forming the alliance, Mr. Nagatomo's personal chef and Suzuhiro's staffs had been making new products together. At the press conference, they showed and announced the brand-new fish pastes.
Mr. Suzuki said, "We made a new kind of Kamaboko."
